Boston Whaler - Rail Attachment 1
To attach the Fender (with Bungee Cord and Hook Ends) to the rail, first utilize the Strap. I put my knee to fender, which is positioned to the rail; then buckle the Strap around the Fender and rail. At this point, this is just a temporary attachment.

Then, insure each length of Bungee Cord is equal length on each end of the Fender.

The next photo will describe what to do with the Bungee cord ends.
