Boston Whaler - Rail Attachment 2
This photo shows one end of the Bungee Cord temporarily attached to the Strap.

To begin (while standing inside the rail), wrap the Bungee Cord by going over the rail in a clockwise direction. (Wrap the Bungee Cord so that you are wrapping the revolutions from the Fender end and in the direction away from the fender.) For my Bungee Cord length, this involves 4 wrapping revolutions. Yours may vary. Make sure the starting wrapping position is directly above the Fender hole.

To attach the first Bungee Cord segment, take the Hook End and go "under" the vertical Bungee Cord segment (from the Fender hole), then attach hook end temporarily to the Strap.

The next photo will explain how to attach the second Bungee Cord segment.
