Here is gets interesting. The 2nd layer has to come in a bit from the first layer. I can't remember the measurements so measure your boat before you cut it to fit. Notice around the holes that are on the end of the sheet. I had to make a little triangle for the corner. Use a good yard stick to center the wood. I also staggered the 2nd layer over the first layers joints. Like this first layer 2x4, 4x4, 4x4 2nd layer, 4x4, 4x4, 2x4 going left to right. This will give the deck better strength.
