From this view, you can vaguely make out the manufacturing supports. These are interesting. Boston Whaler used a rubbery type of foam within these fiberglass inserts to, I surmise, support the two sides of the mold while they poured the urethane foam. Unfortunately, this rubber foam absorbs water like a sponge... they were saturated! These supports also provide some support for the hull in a 10 inch strip up the side of the hull (made out of wood). Perhaps to prevent oil canning?
