Boston Whaler - My Install Process
I figured in order to repair all of the existing holes to accept the inserts I would need to create tooling or fixtures for re-drilling the holes for a specific diameter which was .250 in.. Then additional fixtures for mounting the inserts in their exact locations during the bonding and curing period. I machined multiple fixtures for this task after I reverse engineered the fastener locations off the tab / ram assemblies.
