Boston Whaler - Working with Foam
Here's my little "workbench"; the paint bucket you see is filled up with the foam that didn't get poured and expanded anyway. So, the maximum theoretical amount of foam that can be poured is pretty much the amount you can pour at once. Otherwise, you end up with a lot of buckets half-filled with expanded foam (by the way, using plastic buckets, you just turn it upside down and whack the bottom; the foam falls out in one piece).

If you're Boston Whaler and you have steel forms, you can prevent the foam from blowing out the sides of your pour; I guess it can be pretty economical.
