We have the exact same boat -- my parents had it before us when it was new! Our 1974 thirteen foot "Picnic" needs her starboard harness re-wired from stem to stern, plus re-wire the bulb socket on the bow light, and it would be nice to re-chrome that, too. I guess the rub rail ought to be new, too, after looking at yours! Beautiful job you've done! I brushed on "seafoam" Awlgrip, and it turned out well. Can you offer sources or how-to advice?
