I purchased a complete set of lower unit seals along with a new clutch pin snap and lower water pump case. The existing clutch pin snap was fine but Tohatsu insists it be replaced and not reused if removed. The lower pump case was functional but pitted quite a bit so I decided to purchase a new one. The original water pump impeller was in new condition so I reused it. I ordered the parts from www.boats.net and spent a total of ~$75.
