Here are two of the test samples. The results of the test were: it didn't matter. The foam, in a word, is "tenacious". Before the bond would break, the foam structure would tear. I also contacted the firm that I bought the foam from and confirmed my results. So, it really doesn't matter if the foam is poured with "wetted" out epoxy as opposed to allowing the epoxy to cure (as a side note, for the cured epoxy, the amine "blush" was washed away with water).
