you have to mix the foam fast, you have 20 seconds to mix and 25 seconds or so to pour! the temp has to be a min of 80 degrees to get max expansion. I trimmed back all the overflow once it hardened. I did 3 pours and have a little left over of the 16lb kit from us composites
