I think that it is Mills, or a real good copy using the origonal hardware & canvas as a pattern. There are no tags on the flying top or dodger.
The frame & windshield are definitely Mills Canvas stuff. I just got my hands on the side & rear canvas pieces, which are also from Mills, and they fit perfectly.
