Nice looking Revenge! I have a 1991 22 Revenge with twin 100 Yamaha's. I see you have hydrolic trim tabs. With the cost of fuel these days, do you think they help lower your fuel consumption or do they just soften the ride? My wife likes your extended Bimini, was that original from Whaler?
The extended bimini is in two parts. The original top plus a custom top. We love the difference this makes on hot days in South Florida. Also, the trim tabs are used rarely so I don't really know if they help with fuel. I have a 200 Yamaha on the boat...and I really don't burn that much fuel since I take it easy on the water. We love this boat. I have had three Whalers: a 17 GLS Sport bought new and a 15' Sport bought new. This one is definately the best of all worlds even though the other boats were great in their own right.
Paul, I am looking at a 1988 Revenge WT 22 that has twin 140 Johnsons on an add-on mount that I am trying to locate information on (the add-on mount). I haven't seen this on other Revenges. Do you have any idea how it is attached? It appears to be bolted to the transom and also appears to be a factory piece. Also, any experience with twin 140 Johnsons (27 years old)?
