My 1982 Montauk 17' beached at Flatcap Beach, Janes Island State Park, Crisfield MD at the Chesapeak Bay. Boat is 99 % original. It has 1997 Yahama 90HP two stroke motor with 2007 Venture bunk trailer. Did not use her at all in 2006 due to new baby boy! Its my second Whaler, first was a 1974 Sport 13'.
Your boat looks great. I have a 1982 Montauk in Virginia Beach. Getting some kind of seepage through the gelcoat near the center console. Very strange brown stuff coming up through the deck.
