My brother and I are fixing up a Harpoon 5.2 The CB is stuck inside the trunk. The boat has been sitting a number of years. I have read the downhaul cable is the likely culprit that gets stuck on the top of the CB? The uphaul and downhaul are actually the same cable? Any drawings, diagrams etc that can help get the CB to operate correctly?
