Boston Whaler - Digging out the transom
There's not much to say about the transom excavation; it is just plain tedious. The procedure is to drill down to the bottom (and not go through), if you're at the top, work the chainsaw back and forth to break apart the holes, if not, whack the edges from each hole out with your handy dandy chisel and hammer. When you're all done chiseling all of the wood out, there's a lovely episode with sandpaper on a stick...
