I am going to repair all the holes in the console so I flipped it over and cut out the old wood laminated to the dash panel. Once I got the wood cut out I ground it down with 60 grit paper to receive a new piece of 7 ply and glass. I plan on laminating a piece of woven glass between the dash and new board. Once they cure I can fill the now shallow holes in the front and fair/glass the front to prep it for gel-coat.
