Rubrail area after deck removal shows spacers used midship to shim topcap for a better fit with the hull. White silicon was found sealing the top cap to the hull, the silicon had no affect during the cap removal. My brother in laws 1978 21 Outrage was glued together with an adhesive we called yellow death, it required cutting using an oscillating saw on both the vertical and horizontal surfaces of the shoe box fit.
