I just joined this morning and was interested in buying a 1971 Outrage 21 that needs work. I am truly impressed with the responses and advice I've gotten already.
I've had the same 1976 Sport 15 since 1976. I've been trying to stretch it to a 17' Montauk for over 30 years with no success.
There is a great group of guys on Whaler Central that care about their Whalers. I hope to enjoy this group for years to come no matter what I decide to do about the 21' Outrage. Thanks guys!

HEY TOM,
I had a 15CC for several years and then moved up to my current 17 Montauk. I tell you it made a huge difference. I can imagine going up to a 21. Just remember the Montauk will run all day on about 24 gallons and you will be tired of riding before you fill her back up.
Good luck and welcome.
