That looks something like a Todd seat or similar which is after market and not original. The 1978 Outrage V-20 Flyer states that this model came standard with the Wise Swivel Seats below. Look for 8 holes in the floor for each swivel seat. The seat is positively not a Whaler seat. 2. The center console is positively not a whaler console. 3. The boat in the photo is positively not an Outrage model. Did someone sell you this boat claiming it was a 1978 Outrage? One thing for sure. It is a Whaler but a smaller model than an Outrage series. What is the length of this Whaler?
