Just picked up my first whaler yesterday, I found this site and I am very excited to see such a community of knowledge. I knew whaler was a smart choice.
No starts the fun of cleaning and sprucing up!
Its an 86, but the hull id is BWCL, which doesnt seem to match much of what I see on whaler hull ids. Does this mean it is a commercial hull?
The Hull Identification Number (HIN) is not BWCL, it is BWCLxxxxxxxx where "x" represents the numbers that were originally silk screened onto the aluminum HIN tag but have now weathered off of it.
