After a boat owner gets a prop back that has had the hub fixed from a "spun hub" standpoint, what should he do to make it seal/work properly?

It's just like a new prop now. Grease up your spline, buy a new cotter pin and bolt it on and use it.

When you say "it's still spinning", what do you mean? Is the prop installed on the motor?

I am pretty sure you mean you have installed it on the boat and you feel it is still acting as if it is spun. My question would be are you sure you are not blowing the prop out by being trimmed out too much.

Actually, I have no idea what is meant.
Instead of us playing a guessing game, perhaps a concise description of what is happening could be offered and then we could offer some useful advice.

Im sure its not spinning because of trim is too high. I took the hub back to the boat shop today and they sent it back to the hub shop. I will know in a few days.
What is happening is, I run the boat an it runs fine until I goose the throttle. When I try to goose it our jump out of the hole the prop spins an rpms increase as if the trim is too high like you mentioned.
