Jamestown Distributors sells quarts of Awlgrip in Whaler Blue. It's a custom mix. Any Awlgrip shop should be able to make it. Awlgrip is a two part paint similar to Interlux Perfection. There are no other paints that have a color close to matching the turquoise blue. You should do a search of this site for "paint" threads.
