Does anyone have any little tricks on wrestling with a heavy outboard? I need to remove one, move it around and disassemble it. I have a comealong but I’m sure someone has better way.
Rich do you have a cherry picker? The best way is to get a flywheel lifting rig and pick it off with a cherry picker, tractor bucket, or come along and large tree.
