The current Igloo 94 quart is the right size if the mounting cleats have not been moved. I think the original was 90 quart, but Igloo changed the design of the lid and increased the nominal capacity. In either case, completely full of ice and fish or refreshments, you will need help moving it.
Others have relocated the cleats to accomodate 162 quart Igloo coolers.
The Super Consoles on the Outrage 20's and above had an option of a built-in cooler and built-in front seat. The Outrage 18' did not have the option of the Super Console.
I was thinking that maybe someone had added a super console or an after market built-in cooler.
The original Igloo Cooler was 86 quart. Igloo changed the design of the cooler in later years. This change was mainly to the lid which added 2 inches in height. The bottom of the cooler was changed only slightly in size by about a 1/16" to an 1/8" of an inch in either direction.
In the past, I have taken the lid off of both the 86 and 94 quart coolers at the same time and reinstalled them on the opposite coolers. The lids fit perfectly right down to the hinge screw holes. The only thing different about the lids beside the height, was the front latches. The 86 quart had one latch and the 94 quart has 2 latches.
