Any suggestions on mounting this unit to the curved transom of a 13 sport? I was thinking about using some wedge shaped washers between the unit and transom. This would allow 4 solid points of contact, I would then fill any gaps with a sealant. Should I be concerned that my 92 40 HP Evinrude will create too much stress on the transom because it is not sitting flush with the backside of the transom?
