How do i tighten it???????.....i tried tightening the nut somemore with no luck.....then i removed the nut to see if i can take the darn thing off....no luck....still wobbling.....help please......its an 87' 18ft outrage
Did you get the wheel off?
If not, you might try a steering wheel puller.
The shaft is tapered so you should be able to get it tight enough.
If the nut is bottoming out on the threads before the nut is really tight, then you might try a washer under the nut.
The shaft also has a key in it so the wheel cannot turn on the shaft no matter what.
It sounds like the nut is not pushing the wheel on the shaft far enough.
