Is the lower unit blue, metallic blue, or black? and wehre to i get them. Anyone have experience in this? should i wire brush it first? primer? or just paint over? Thanks!

Most of the time they will tell you what you want to know over the phone and then with that information, you can do a little research to find the best deal on paint. Member Personal Page Posts: 1827 Comments: 10 Joined: 01/08/06	The dealer will know, I lightly sand the area to be painted, then I hit it with 2 coat's of primer, 2 coat's of paint, then I put on clear "Anti-fouling" engine paint on the motor bracket and skeg. Matt
