Recently purchased a "old" whaler, 13". 70's I think. I can not find numbers anywhere.
Any suggestions?

I found mine inside the bottom center of the anchor box in the front on my 1964 13'. I think on pre 1971 Whalers its white stenciled numbers in the blue gelcoat that may be underneath a few coats of paint there. If you do have to sand do it carefully. On www.continuouswave.com you should be able to determine the year and possibly some other info about the boat based on you HIN. Good Luck!
