1981 Johnson 100 Idol Speeds Issues

Member Posts: 3 Comments: 0 Joined: 05/27/09	I am having issues with my motor in idol speeds and shifting from neutral into gear. it dies about 80% of the time, but once i get it in to gear and are at high speeds it runs like a champ. Member Personal Page Posts: 408 Comments: 3 Joined: 06/07/07	Sound like fuel delivery issues. Could be dirty carbs, weak fuel pump, bad fuel line, or even bad fuel. I would check all connections and run a high concentration of seafoam through it and see what happens.
