I have two on each side of boat, they almost line up with the marks that I think were rod holders. Is that is what these were for?

Rich,
The link above does not work.
I looked at some of your other photos and there were only 16 photos, mostly of your engine.

I am having issues with Yahoo site, pics are there, but permissions are off. I am working on it.

does not really work...I can see a thumb nail image but can not enlarge it.
from the small image I can only assume you are talking about the old mounting holes for the iside rod holder racks..
You know you can attach the file and direct embed it into you post here on whalercentral. It saves alot of hassel. I attaced the thumbnail image below.
Also I would recommend using photobucket for online image hosting. Very easy to use over yahoo.

I will move pictures tonight to Photo Bucket. What I am questioning is a bracket that is under teak gunwale. I am assuming these were for the rod holders. They dont look like the same brackets I have seen here in the diagrams.

Those are the aluminum mounting brackets for the under gunwale rod holders.

rtyszka,
If you want to get rid of these parts, please let me know.
You should have 8 of them....
