Has anyone used the new "Green Grease" Marine rated grease available at auto. stores ? I've heard other boater's saying that it was a good product, I was wondering how it compares to O.E.M. Grease. I asked the name of it and was told "Green Grease"
It is not new unless there is some new version, marine grease is green or at least the different types of marine grease that I have used is green. It can be found at most automotive suppliers and retail stores just ask for marine grease. How good is it? not sure It is one of those items that my dad told me to use on the bearings and steering so I always have. It tends be a little stickier but has the fill of regular grease. I do not truly understand how or why works but does seem to work better in marine applications than regular grease.
