I ordered one for my boat yesterday and i am confused as to where the brackets get screwed on the gunnel. Do the brackets get put on the top or on the side because i do not see where they could get connected to the top of the gunnel. any help would be greatly appreciated! email me if you want, mclancy@clancyny.com
