I'm looking for some interior pictures of the mahoganey pieces. My nephew
took the boat apart to refinish and he has to pieces left that are identical and we cannot figure out where the go to. He's gone back to college and left me with
the project. The pieces have not been sun worn so the go under something but we cannot find any extra screw holes that they mount into. They are about 8" long and about 1" wide with a screw hole on each end. I have had some many people looking at the boat to figure this out that can't believe they can't figure where these go to. Any help would be appreciate or a source for some all diagrams would be great
Thanks

I have a 1988 15' sport. Center console. It might have similar wood pieces. Maybe you can email me a picture of the pieces and I can see if they match any on my boat.
(email is in my profile)

You might also download the OEM Parts Manual which is located on this site and see if you can identify the part.

This site is a great resourse for information. Joe and Tom seem to have many fathoms of Whaler knowledge.
I'm glad to have found such a site.
