Off Topic Sort of

I know most people that fish know how to cut up or fillet fish. This site has video on how to, it also has a large format to full screen. I thought some of you might like to see it or pass it on to your friends, you know the ones you have to cut up the fish for.

Never seen a tuna done like that - I guess there is more than one way to skin a cat! I like to take the skin off earlier in the process, like first thing. More to hang on to while you are peeling it off.

He does have sharp knives, for sure!
