where do you put pt/t fluid? is it the reservoir on the rihjt hand side and if so do i unscrew that screw in the side of the res and fill to the hole?

Run the engine all the way up. Support it with the trailering bracket.

In between the mounting brackets, you will see the pump and the three rams. On the pump housing is a LARGE screw. That is the fill hole.

Fill it with the proper fluid and then run the engine up and down a few times. It is self bleeding.

thanks desertsport is that the res on the right hand side with the big screw sticking out the side?

I'm trying to think of which system you have. I forget what year all the components went inside the brackets.

If your pump is external, yes, that is the big (regular blade) screw on the side of the pump/reservoir assembly. It is just above midway up.

Remember to support the engine before you crack it open!

my system is completely in between the brackets
the res. on the right side appears to be made of plastic and has a really big screw sticking out the side
