In between the mounting brackets, you will see the pump and the three rams. On the pump housing is a LARGE screw. That is the fill hole. Fill it with the proper fluid and then run the engine up and down a few times. It is self bleeding.

If your pump is external, yes, that is the big (regular blade) screw on the side of the pump/reservoir assembly. It is just above midway up. Remember to support the engine before you crack it open!
