That seemed to be the going price, and I should have kept it becuase a year or so later I bought another setup for my current 13 footer for $50 as it was a standard model before I restored it. Now I need another pulley setup for a non whaler I am restoring. Its a glass `50`s 14` tailfin boat. Don`t need the actuall cable This is plus freight of course. Rich

Check out my photbucket page. I can't seem to link it from this comp., but check out my other posts for a link to give you an idea of what I did. good luck.

With the curved transom you can't run the cable thru the tilt tube. It will hit the transom on the port side as it extends. There are several brackets available, or a home made one works well, but you need something back there. I converted and most times I wish I had kept the original. Mike
