Bill,

I am unclear. Surely you do not really want two bow rails for your Montauk. Do you mean to say you need two parts, stanchions perhaps, for your bow rail?

Either way, you can order two new bow rails or just two parts for an existing bow rail from Fred Caldwell at CMI.

If you are looking at the boat from the bow, it will be the port and starboard bow rail from the center rail post.
If you look at these T's - T T T
left Center right

It is the curving rail coming to the center bow post .

Call me if it still dosen't make sense. 1-800-733-9401 Ext. 329 EST

Thanks.
Bill

I have attached a picture and you will see the downward curve. It was done by the tow motor lifting the boat too high and the bow rails hitting a beam.

Tom,
Thanks for your reply.
Could you tell me more about CMI - Fred Caldwell and possibly his telephone number.
Thanks,
Bill

Bill,

Most (if not all) of the Vendors are listed on this site on the left sidebar.
Either under 'Vendors Web Links' or 'Web-Less Suppliers'.
In CMI's case, they are listed under the Web-Less Suppliers as they don't have a web site.

I would add that you should call Fred on the phone. Do not email him as he is slow to respond. He's a nice guy to talk to.
