I can't quite tell what year the console is but you can look through the article section and let us know. Looks like a 1983-1985 console but again, can't be positive without seeing the face. I have been looking for such a project as I already have a new RPS and had quite a few other parts. Depending on the condition of the trailer and the bottom of the hull, I don't think you did bad at all.

I think they were and in that is the case, your pink slip is correct.
