Today I pulled my Outrage into my new garage for the first time. It brought a tear to my eye to see her finally out of the elements.

I just completed building a new detached garage and I made sure that it was large enough to fit my 18 footer. Unfortunately, I no longer have an excuse for putting off all of those long overdue projects. My wife is convinced that I took out a second mortgage and built a structure with a larger footprint than our actual home all for the purpose of housing my 25 year old boat. What she hasn't figured out yet is that I built it deep enough to fit a 13 footer sideways in front of her car!

GeorgiaWhaler,

Your wife should not worry....when you buy a 25' Outrage you will need to keep it somewhere else and you can use the garage for cars. You were just planning way ahead!
