I even bought year specific capacity decal too. When you talk to them on the phone, they tend to blow you off but I think that is typical of vendors in the central Florida region. In my experience, the guy who answered the phone and spoke with me was very rude. He may have had a bad day or something else was bothering him. None the less he was very rude to me. They have a great product and do the Whaler community a great service. I only mentioned MY experience with them and in no way can I speak for the entire comunity.
