this is after two days of sanding, the paint does not want to come off but i am making progress i have the whole front area sanded down. it takes alot of sanding pads because i am basicly sanding sand paper.

I would try paint remover and a pressure washer. Put a big plastic tarp under the boat, and do it outside of course.
