I have a 1988 OMC 90 HP with a tilt/ trim motor that runs sluggishly, then will speed up, and run at it's normal speed. I have checked all connections, all seem fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Have you check the fluid levels? I believe it has a resorvoir near the pump, but I'm sure there is someone on here with the exact motor that can tell you
