A local boat dealer is advertising a 1991 Newport 18. I believe that the year to be wrong. Did Boston Whaler make the Newport 18 in 1991?
From the posted picture the hull looks similar to an Outrage 18/19. How much difference is there in the 2 hulls?
The boat is on kiji Halifax Nova Scotia, $13,999.00 with a new 08,ETec 90
On the model specifications page (Shortcut to page) it shows the Newport 18 was offered for a single year 1983. The Newport 17 was offered from 1975 to 1990.
Take a look at the photos on the model page and see if you can find a match. It could be the seller does not know whaler's very well.
