I have a 2003' montauk 170 that is in excellent condition.That I want to sell.It has a 60 horse.merc.4-stroke with 30hours on it.A custom made biminy top.25gal gas tank.with a fishermans package.and ez load trailer.I need to know if there is a web site,or a contact to get a fairly accurate appraisal on what it is worth.can anyone help me out?
Bucvalu and NADA guides can get you fair prices on current / non classic models. There are a lot of the 170 Montauks popping up in my area. Most are 2003 and 2004 models with 90hp motors. Average "ASKING" price is 16 - 19 thousand. There was a very nice 2003 170 with a Merc 90 (50 hours) trailer and canvas that just sold in the Cleveland area for $13,500.
With a 60hp motor your market my be limited as most expect a 90 for that model.
