My husband and I just bought a 1998 Outrage 20/CC and we need a new cooler seat but cannot seem to find one that will fit exactly the same as the original. Is this available after market somewhere? We have not found one yet, any help? Thanks.
I am not exactly sure what size the cooler was in your model but you have a few choices.
The original coolers were made by Igloo and are the "Marine" series.
So, I would guess that you either need the 72 quart or the 94 quart Igloo Marine cooler.
You want an Igloo 72 quart Marine series cooler. These are available from most any place. West Marine sells them for about $50.
I addition to the cooler, you will need a pair of cooler hooks that attach to the sides of the cooler. The bungee cord of the chocks will snap into these hooks. The cooler hooks are a Whaler part and will have to be ordered through a Whaler dealer. They are about $7 each.
