Running lights are easy. You can run the power wires for them through your rub rail.

Protek 9543 has several chock bit bow lights, maybe you can get one from him.

boat man,
I don't know if any of the 13's ever came without lights. You should have a hole on the bow where one used to be and on the transom inside surface on the starboard side on the little "shelf" there should be a hole where the wires for the aft light came out. You can use an ohm meter to check for continuity. If you have it, which I doubt, you can use the original wires and add lights available anywhere unless you want to go original.

You can find some nice nav. lights with a chock on www.specialtymarine.com under LIGHTING or just ask someone such as a local dealer to buy them. You can also pretty easily get some wiring to your bow and stern through either the port or starboard sides. GOOD LUCK!
