I have a 1985 10' Whaler inflatable that I am preparing to sell on E-bay the boat is in really decent shape. Is there a location where I might get an estimate to its worth?

Ebay is a good source for comparables. Search Completed Auctions for similar items and see what they sold for.

But the beauty of an auction is that it will tell you the true market value of something like this. It will sell for what it is worth.
