The boat was originally a Fire dept boat (hence the decals, which I plan to remove) and was stored inside on a trailer for over 15 years... I am the 4th owner. Has the original 25 (decalled as a 20hp) Evinrude and highlander trailer.
Is this a commercial model of some sort? not sure, but I've never seen plates like these before. (Previously have had a '64 13 and a '67 8ft Squall)

Took it out for a spin today on Long Island sound, runs like a champ! I have it on a ball upriver from the sound, hopefully will be doing a lot of boating

She's sitting nice and high in the water, looks like a great boat! Which MA Dept did you buy her from?
Actually, the boat is from Connecticut originally, Oakdale CT fire dept. I purchased it from a private individual who had bought it from a friend who was a volunteer with the dept.
And she's completely dry, since it's never been kept on a mooring or even outside!
