Today I headed out towards Long Island and west along the shore towards N.Y. in hopes of finding some Bonita. When I reached the Throggs Neck Bridge I knew I'd find my prey off the Long Island beaches so into N.Y.Harbor I went. To my suprise waterfalls were all around, under bridges, free standing , everywhere you look just plain Bizaare ! Surely a sight to see. I guess it's art !

Rain water runoff? It's probably coming from here (NH).

The falls are the work of Olafur Eliasson. Here is a 5 page article.

They are pretty cool - I love the second shot as I get to see some of your beautiful Outrage in the pic..... Never get tired of looking at that boat Jim.

It may have something to do with the melting icecaps.

Jim,

Saturday looks like 50/50 but Sunday looks good weather wise. We were going to go down to welcome them in tomorrow but the weather looks lousy for Friday.

On the other hand they said today was going to be rainy and it was b.e.a.u. tiful.

We'll look for you on Sunday and maybe Saturday.

Jack

Those are quite stunning waterfalls though; I still think he gets the (rain) water from NH.
