That`s what this website is all about. No one can be an expert in every field of boating, boat maintenance, and repair and restoration. But when the members put their knowledge together, the knowledge and information that can be derived far exceeds anything else that can be obtained anywhere.
I recently had an electrical problem in my wiring harness, that by myself, with very little knowledge of such electrical things, would have no chance of fixing. But with Joe Kriz' schematics, and the expert advice of Dave (Derwd24) Who walked my through this repair, step by step with untold patience, I felt like a pro, and was able to fix this problem easily. If it had not been for him, and this forum, my 13 footer would be sitting in a shop, for who knows how long, and then be subject to their creative billing, as no parts were involved, and we all know marine repair shops love to change out parts.
thanks again, Dave, and Joe.

You are so right.
There is no better feeling than knowing I have several hundred knowledgeable friends to help when I have a problem. I would have lost 2 months (of a very short season) in the spring, if not for the guys here.

I have never been a member of any forum that has as much to offer as this site does! All of you admins need to pat yourself on the back for a first class site. I would venture to say that not a week goes by that I don't learn something about boating on this wonderful site! Again thanks guys for the site and thanks to for all that contribute

Two of my favorite things about this site are the members willingness to be supportive and help, and the overall positive atmosphere (lack of negativity).
Many thanks to Joe for having the foresight to make it all possible!

Great point about this site being so positive. It seems like the norm these days to see people bashing each other on discussion boards. Im glad this one is so informative and helpful. I the fast year I have had my Montuak the amout of knowledge and support I have gotten from Whaler Central is unbelievable!! My whaler sure does show it.
